Return window
Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery. To request a return, contact info@nexuparts.com with your order number, product photos and reason for return.
Return condition
Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Products showing installation marks, modification, damage caused by use or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
Electrical and installed parts
Electrical parts may not be returnable after installation, testing or use unless the return is caused by seller error, wrong item or verified defect.
Return shipping
Customer pays return shipping unless the return is caused by seller error, wrong item or damaged product.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The customer's bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
