This Shipping Policy explains how NexuParts processes and ships motorcycle parts orders.
Shipping origin
NexuParts ships motorcycle parts from our China overseas warehouse when applicable:
Unit 103, Building 7, Yufeng Plaza, Lianhe, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China (first storefront on the left after entering the gate)
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Some motorcycle parts may require extra handling time because fitment, stock, or supplier availability must be confirmed.
Shipping destinations
We support shipping to available regions shown at checkout. Delivery options, costs, and estimated transit times are calculated based on the destination, package weight, warehouse availability, and selected shipping method.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent after the order ships. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after carrier pickup.
International orders, customs, and duties
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges required by their country or region. These charges are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.
