Return & Refund Policy

We want you to order motorcycle parts with confidence. Please review this policy before purchasing fitment-sensitive parts.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact info@staceedress.com with your order number, reason for return, product photos, and motorcycle details.

Return condition

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels, and hardware included. Parts that show installation marks, wear, fuel/oil contamination, electrical damage, or modification may not be eligible for return.

Fitment issues

If the part does not fit, contact us before installation. Please provide your motorcycle year, make, model, submodel, engine size, OEM number, and photos of the original part and received part. We will review the fitment information and help determine the next step.

Non-returnable items

Installed parts, used electrical components, modified items, custom or special-order products, clearance items, and items missing original packaging may be refused unless required by law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees, customs duties, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
